Keep the signup method, email address and app account consistent. Check the exact verification step before creating another account, and keep subscription billing separate from sign-in troubleshooting.
Identify the account you are trying to create
Start with the sign-in method you selected. Email and password, Google sign-in and the Google account used for a store purchase are not interchangeable labels. Write down which method you used and the account address, keeping that note private. When returning to the app, choose the same method rather than starting another signup because the first screen looks familiar.
Check the address for a typing error before requesting another message. A missing character or the wrong email domain can explain why nothing reaches your inbox. If you used a Google account selector, confirm the selected account rather than assuming it chose the address you normally use. Do not post account screenshots containing private information in a public review.
If the confirmation email has not arrived
Search your mailbox for the app name and check spam or other filtered folders. Make sure you are looking at the inbox associated with the signup address, not a second account on the phone. If the app provides a resend option, use that option and avoid repeatedly submitting the form while a message is still being delivered.
Treat a confirmation link as private account information. Open the most recent message you requested after checking that it matches the signup you initiated. Do not forward the link to another person or paste it into a support ticket. An old, expired or already-used link may require a fresh request through the app rather than repeated clicks.
If the email link opens a browser instead of the app
Read the page result before deciding what to do next. A success message, expired-link warning and connection error describe different situations. If the page confirms the step, return to the installed app and try signing in through the original method. This checklist does not promise that every browser will automatically hand the link back to every Android app.
If the result is unclear, keep the non-sensitive error wording and note whether you opened the message on the same phone. Check your connection and that you installed the current app from its official Google Play listing. Avoid repeated account creation or reinstalling as a first response; neither identifies whether the existing account was confirmed successfully.
Separate account access from subscription access
Reaching an account and having a Premium entitlement are separate checks. If Google Play already shows a successful purchase but the app still asks you to subscribe, do not buy again to troubleshoot sign-in. Keep the purchasing account and receipt available privately, and contact support through the official app or store listing with the problem description.

Frequently asked questions
Should I create another account if verification seems stuck?
First check the original address, signup method and latest requested email. Creating another account can make it harder to locate the records or access you expected.
Should I subscribe again if a purchase succeeded but access is missing?
No. Keep the receipt private and contact official support to investigate account and entitlement access rather than creating a second purchase.
